  8. Controversies just keep trailing this airline. Always in the news for something negative. They should do the needful. How can they expect their staff to keep working and serving customers well when their salaries haven't been paid? I believe the owners and those at the topdo not have any reason to complain.

  23. Arik Air is a very useless airline.
I booked a flight from Lagos to UYO but had to cancel the flight for some reasons and requested for a refund.

I was told 25% will be deducted which is fine as long as I get company money back cos I used my Card to do this transaction because of the then urgency.
Now, company is on my neck and Arik Air has refused to refund the money.

I hope i can get this money back biko.
