BreakFast Post.

Eating Anything new this Morning?


I am having a simple Breakfast of Hot Coffee,sweet white bread and baked beans..Thats all....See you after Breakfast.

    Rarecipee(s): smol kwantitea of garry(soaked In woter, feelta off woter then alow it to softhen), bonka feash, crey-feash, Pam oyel, margi, pepe, solt, ornion.

    Proseedure;

    1- poot a litul kwantitea of woter insighed port, poot pot on faya.

    2- wen the woter stats steeming, ad the order ingridients except the garry.

    3. Wen woter stats boyling, ad a litul kwantitea of the soaked garry(it shooln't be two mosh to afoid over tickening the soop; then begin to stare. Alow to boyl for a litul time Then remofe.

    4. Poot in plait n stat eatin

    Very easy n kwick like a one minit man uh?

    Pls,who knws a good food suplement for kids 5,3,1yrs. one that can boost appetite(they dnt eat well,no matter what ever food it is) and replenish nutrients. They can be super annoying when it comes to food

    2. Pediasure nutritional drink is very good. It is supplements the vitamins they are missing due to lack of appetite!!! Try health food stores.

    3. If u can get "becombiom"syrup-i don't know if I get the spelling right. I don't know if it still exist. It's highly effective. Growing up I don't eat at all. In short in my jss 1 I was without food for four days being that no dinner table has been assigned to me(boarding house ish). And I just don't care. I finished my one set provision in four days. It was that bad. Even when table was assigned,i still don't go to the dinning hall. Until my elder cousin who pose as my school mother started monitoring and forcing me with cane to eat.

    I had fruits; pineapple, Clementines, avocado, Apple, pear and kiwi. All in sliced in small portions.

    I don't have appetite for food this period, but I need to eat.

    Later will be barbecue beam fish with roasted sweet potatoes and salad.

    May we never lack in Jesus Christ name...

      I eat my food in the way am pleased, and I put into consideration the nutrients I derived from what I eat.

      I break the rules when it comes to food, I make my own rules.

    6. 5 a day does not mean five different fruits a day....it means 5 portions of fruits a day....u can snack on it, salad etc to get your five portions...it doesn't have to be big portions

    Fish rolls fried with bread crumbs and dusted with cinnamon..
    Cream puffs with rich custard fillings..
    Washed it down with lemon water..i feel so guilty.
    It's everything I shouldn't be eating and then some..
    A friend brought it back for me from a birthday party yesterday,i couldn't say No.
