Lassa Fever Alert

Lassa Fever is still around?OMG..

''Good day Stella...Pls post as anonymous

I am a staff in FMC Abeokuta and we have one confirmed case of Lassa fever. A nurse who works in emergency department died 3 days ago. I am bringing this to your notice because the hospital is not taking any aggressive measures to protect the staff.

The emergency unit where she worked has not been closed down temporarily at least for fumigation. Perharps if this news goes public, all eyes will be on Fmc and they will be more proactive. Thank you...''
