Some meeting point stories are more dramatic than others....
During my NYSC I was posted to Enugu.....
I was in a relationship but we both knew it wasn't heading anywhere because of our religion,he was a Muslim,so on this particular day, after the drill I went back to the hostel to sleep, when I got back i couldn't sleep,i was a bit restless so I jus decided to go get my kaki uniform as I hadn't collected.
When I got there I bumped into a schoolmate and I asked to stay behind her,she told me that I should ask the guy behind her as he was the one who let her stay,so I did and he obliged me.
my friend and I started talking about camp, boys n all while waiting for our turn, bobo at the back started interrupting and adding his own,so I turned to him and said ''sorry I didnt catch your name'' and he replied ''I didn't throw it''.....everyone laughed and then he told me his name.
After a while we were all attended to,3 days later my friend n I decided to go eat at amala embassy(Enugu Corp members will understand) and my friend pointed out the corper to me,(she had eyes for him) we playfully took his food I took his soup and she took his amala, lol .
Well to cut the long story short,we hit it off(my friend was disappointed hehe) and became close,every1 knew us on camp, the Tory long but I cut it..
From clap, gran mama enter dance n we started dating,(yes I dumped my Muslim bf)we got married 2 yrs after service and we have 3 kids 2 boys and a girl,6yrs in marriage n happily counting!
Will send in my labour room drama and omugwo chronicles soon.
