  16. My oh my!!! That amala picture just changed my food plans for today.

I ate 200gr of whole yogurt with 7almonds, 7cashews, 5hazelnut, 5walnuts 5brazillian nuts, pumpkin seeds and sunflower seeds; all mixed together with honey and a cup of warm whole milk.

So, I just changed my mind about the main course of today, after seeing that amala picture.
I will prepare small okro soup later, I already have stew at home that I prepared yesterday with grilled rabbit, cowleg and assorted.
Since i'll be expecting a Nigerian visitor later, I think that will just be perfect for us.

Healthy food is good, knowing how to prepare it to be tasty and yummy is the best.

May we never lack in any aspect of our lives.

Did you grind all the nuts together??
Or you scooped them all up like that?
Then the number 5, that's your gauge or the ideal quantity for a healthy meal?

I'm not a fan of most nuts,I hear some are really healthy.
So how can someone like me that can't deal with the crunchiness take them? #HealthyLiving

Iphie dearie, I don't grind my nuts (except when it's for my boy) I just mixed everything together. I eat the amounts of nuts my body will be able to carry, that's the reason I count them.

      Thanks everyone.
