Eating Eba With Cutlery VERSUS Using Hands.

What do you think about using hands to eat Eba and Soup (of choice)?

Well, dont bash me but i agree with her..You can never catch me using hand to eat Any food at all...LOL.
You are free to disagree but state your reasons why you think i am wrong.
I dont have any reason apart from the fact that i hate to see my hand all messed up with food and then the smell never goes away...
LOL

  2. My hand all the way. Swallow is our native food and we were thought to eat with our hands. Some people have their reasons for using cutlery tho so to each his own. Between, I miss eba and egusi soup, since I got pregnant, eba has been giving me heartburn.

  11. The truth is, finger foods are finger foods nothing can beat that. So Dont try to "ajebutterize" every thing. How can somebody use cutleries for hot amala and ewedu with gbegiri plus assorted? Just how?! Its like telling a mexican to use cutleries for tacos. So wrong.

  12. Atheist, that one na nonsense abeg. Was at a wedding in Bracknell few weeks ago and I used my hand to chop pounded yam and efo riro. It wasn't only me and you could see some oyinbos amazed and interested.
Who cares what people think, its you enjoying and getting satisfaction in your meal.
Like someone said earlier, will you eat sandwich or burger with cutleries? Abeg jare, enough of the forming. With a well fragranced hand wash you won't smell anything.

  18. Madam home training, if your mother taught you to use fork for EBA(or any other swallow) then she didn't teach you anything! You definitely lack PROPER home training

  19. It's not even about comfort. Growing up, we were TRAINED to use hand to eat swallow so why is it now an issue?

    ReplyDelete
  20. Good you're laughing but I still don't understand your view. You agree that it's a lack in home training or just the first part? You've not clarified that. I think most of us have issues with the hone training part of the tweet

are the one that lacks the home training for insulting our fore fathers and parents who taught us how to eat our food.

DO YOU EAT HOT DOG, BURGER, PIZZA, TACO, TORTILLA, CHIPS, SANDWICHES, BREAD WITH CUTLERY?

ALL THIS OVER SABI USELESS FORMING SHOULD STOP! Indians eat most of their foods with their hands, does that mean, they b lack home training? Mschew!
