FROM A BV WHO WAS WRONGLY DIAGNOSED BUT RECOVERING
How it began: It started with my taste buds acting funny, like it was coated not to taste much but a little I was just wondering what it was, then a week after I woke up and found out my mouth was shifting to the right side of my face, coupled with the coated taste buds I was scared! Next thing am browsing the Internet because my first fear was STROKE! But I noticed my left limbs were intact and my speech wasn't blurry but my mouth tilted to the left when I talk and the letters P and F was a task to pronounce! And the 4 symptoms for stroke is F A S T! (face, arm speech, telephone a hospital) I had jus one sign!
Diagnosis: I was scared to tell anyone but I confided in my cousin who's a Doc and he observed me and said it might not be stroke but possibly Lymes Disease (and am like huh? I haven't been to any rural area since TARABA days) anyways he directed to me to a specialist at Lasuth he diagnosed me and said it was a case of slight stroke called a TIA (Transic Ischemic Attack.. I guess) I was scared to bits I was told to buy some drugs and I started medications, although my taste buds came back again, thinking d drugs were working! And oh of course I was backing it with strong prayers! (Eating in the dream is baaaad!)
Family: I was hiding this from my Mum and aunties until my Aunt saw me one day and she started crying thinking it was an attack! I was banned from driving and grounded to bed rest (trust Mothers lol) then she called a Physio who then saw me and ran some physical test and laughed, she said this is not stroke that it's a Nerval palsy thingy! I was a lil bit elated, then the Neurologist came over that day and simply diagnosed it as BELLS PALSY!!
No drugs for it (except at the early stage.. Say 3 days then a particular steroids can be administered) all I have to keep doing is chewing gum, blowing balloon and Physio! When he saw the drugs he was shocked and I was told to discontinue them!... I was glad! So here I am 3 weeks and some days gone am seeing improvements just a lil' slant when I tend to talk fast because it takes about 3-6months for full time recovery!
But am grateful to God for making me see another year even when I was scared to bits, God sure answers prayers, no jokes! And if you find urself eating in the dream don't take it for granted, pray and drink anointing oil to intercede that food or drink that has gone inside you!... God be with us... My Blog Fam!
BELLS PALSY: What is Bells Palsy? It has stroke like symptoms that makes one side of your face droop albeit your limbs are not affected and speech is 100% only probably some alphabets, unlike stroke, the forehead wrinkles, but Bell's palsy it doesn't, your taste buds are affected and sounds are heightened especially noisy areas, it's common with pregnant women, neonates and children
It normally happens overnight with no known cause but traces have gone to diabetes, hiv, herpes (but most times no known cause)
It often cures itself after a while without medication
Sylvester Stallone and George Cloobey have had Bells Palsy in the past.... So people in case u see these symptoms, have no fear!

@Wrong diagnosis, Bell's palsy is real oooooo. My sis had it in september and was rightly diagnosed. But she was told she did not need physiotheraphy and was also asked to chew gum. DO NOT CHEW GUM! You might further injure the stressed nerve. Thank God for Lasuth, even some doctors said they were told that gum helps until the chief consultant angrily debunked it. I wish you speedy recovery. You can try Lasuth if you do not see any major change. God bless you!
