New Structure In RCCG Nigeria -Adeboye Remains Gen. Overseer Worldwide

This is the real situation of things in Redeemed Christian Church Of God....

A statement signed by Leke Adeboye, the clergyman’s last son and Personal Assistant said the clarification is coming on the heels of misrepresentation of Pastor E. A. Adeboye’s announcement at the Annual Ministers Thanksgiving held at the Redemption Camp on Saturday that the Church in Nigeria is now to be led by Pastor Joseph Obayemi.

Leke Adeboye reiterated that Pastor Funsho Odesola, will now serve as the new Church Secretary while Pastor Joseph Adeyokunu, is the new Church Treasurer.‎

He advised all members of RCCG to understand the new structure and go about their service to God and humanity in holiness and soul winning.

He also appealed to members to educate people around them and not spread inaccurate information stressing that Pastor E.A Adeboye remains the General Overseer of RCCG Worldwide.

  1. Ok. But why Obayemi, Odesola and Adeyokunu, why not Musa or Emeka, seems more like a regional business than a church.

  13. The government cannot determine how a prophets business should be handled. When Oyedepo reaches 70, he will do as the Holy Spirit leads and the government will bow.

  14. Leadership issues now in churches just like in politics! Na wah o! A holy church will stand firm irrespective of who is leading them. Church leaders should see themselves as servants to those they lead. Jesus Christ was a servant leader.

  15. Anon 09:30 you have summed up exactly how they are. You have described them down to the T.
In their tiny minds they think they are smart and others are stupid and that is why they will forever remain where they are. Those who know them, know them and deal with them at arms length and eat with them with a verrry long spoon. There is no other way to associate with them.

  16. Four one nine pretending religion! even the other religion dey more truthful pass una. Christianity is the worst religion on earth, 95% of its followers are fake, they curses, steals, very deceitful, pretends, manipulate and so quick to point fingers to other people's faults but undermined their own evil shit while they fornicate with church members or pastors, molest and abort innocent babies. I can go on and on but make I stop here

  20. No government determines how a church should run. It is the law of the land. Just like the Apostles during the Roman rule. You follow the laws.

I had to consult, shey una get the logic

  21. What all this rants for now. What has Buhari got to do with church again. U guys shld better be careful. Is vab Adeboye complaining

    ReplyDelete
  22. I have always been a proud member of RCCG but this singular act made me even more Proud. Pastor Adeboye has acted on his own instruction. Listen and obey the law. No one is above the law of the land. No GO or daddy or Senior Pastor of any Church. Plus am sure that he would have prayed severally about it and gotten direction from his daddy. Sir may your anointing never run dry
