    I don't know about legend tea, but any tea that contains mint is safe because mint washes toxins in the body (sometimes, I chew raw mints).

    I drink mostly homemade moringa tea and also tea specially made by my husband when he's freeit's just a mixture of different kinds of tea leaf, rosemary, chamomile flowers and some other herbs, well cooked with lemon.
    It washes the system and can make you pee like ten times more.

    It depends on what is making your scalp itch. Do you suffer from dandruff/ flakes? If you do, that would be the cause so you'd have to get a good shampoo for that....I recommend Nizoral. It's the best...thought it's pricey. If you dont suffer from dandruff, then you probably dont moisturoze your scalp enough or over moisturize
