Breakfast Time....

Too late for Breakfast or too early?




What are you having?..I am having my usual soft bread and Omelet washed down with Caffeine free coffee.....Just light.
However what i feel like eating is the same bread with Agoyin beans..lol

Mrs Romas darling how far?I saw a photos of mouth watering soup on your IG handle sometime back and my mouth still salivates....You need to open Restaurant ooooh....What are you eating today dear?

Is Anyone having swallow?Correct!

One more post and i am of to Breakfast!

      Blend cucumber, add a table spoon of mayo, add your groundnut and a little sweetener... I added half spoon of honey. Trust me, you will be addicted to it. It's so yum yum.

      It's a keto diet.

    3. Elixir, would you strain the cucumber? I usually strain mine and then use the liquid as a base. I am not ketoing oh, just saying how I usually do mine.

      If you read as the ITK that you is nau, you would understand that keto is a LOW Carb, high fat diet. Not NO carb, high fat. So you see... you are the one that doesn't know what keto is all about.

    5. Keto is doing wonders o. My shape has started coming out. It's been 3 weeks I started, got 3 months and 1 week to go. If you are obese, overweight, etcetera..... Please go on the ketogenic diet. Google is your friend.

    I'm starting a detox diet.
    Strictly vegan .... just scared I may end looking like an ostrich... at the end of it


    But this my face has to clear smoothly for my vacation .
