EFCC And The Unwanted Magu...
Are the evidences tendered against him real or is it that ''they'' want to remove him to stop the on-going EFCC witch hunt?
Which would you want it to be?Which do you think it is?
I ask these questions because to me this is one of the few times an alleged crime is stopping someone from getting a position in Nigeria....

ReplyDeleteIt was shocking! At the screening, he kept stammering and referred to a senator as fayose.
He couldnt tell how much his agency had recovered thus far. With his poor english and lack of preparedness for the senate, I support the senate's stand.
Anyways, I smell a fish... A very big fish.... Could it be that the presidency is divided or is there a beef between DSS boss and...
Rejecting him by the senates for the second time is not in the interest of the general public.

Magu may not be a saint, but majority of the senators screening Magu have pending cases with EFCC, Saraki inclusive, Dino is Saraki's attack dog, I strongly believe it's pay back time for Magu considering those he is investigating in the house and he has refused to cut a deal, DSS reports to the presidency, why was the report not sent to Buhari first even after the presidency carried out investigation on him and he was cleared in January, Magu is a police officer, not a lawyer, is he doing a good job, Yes, several men of questionable character passed through the house and they were asked to simply bow and go. They did same with Ameachi. Magu should continue in acting capacity for as long as the law permits and also fry their corrupt asses.

With or without the DSS report, a Magu that failed woefully in answering simple questions is not fit to lead any agency, let alone efcc. The way he was stammering and stuttering, scratching his head and putting his fingers in his nose, he even looked like somebody in addictive drugs withdrawal or somebody having a psychiatric meltdown. He was an epic fail.
