Judge Withdraws From Fani- Kayode's Case..

Justice Muslim Hassan of the Federal High Court in Lagos has withdrawn from the case of alleged N4.9bn fraud charge pressed against a former Minister of Aviation, Femi Fani-Kayode, by the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission, EFCC.

The judge ordered the return of the case file to the Chief Judge of the Federal High Court, Justice Ibrahim Auta, for re-assignment to another judge.

He then directed Fani-Kayode and his co-defendants to await further directive from Justice Auta.

  6. Yea,good he left the case, cause he was formally a prosecutor for EFFC,before his elevation, so any judgement that he gives might be biased to femi. Good one ,the judge acted accordingly
