Keystone Bank Finally Sold Off By AMCON



The Asset Management Corporation of Nigeria (AMCON) has announced the sale of one of Nigeria’s well-known commercial banks, Keystone.



In a statement signed by Jude Nwauzor, AMCON head of corporate communications, it said the bank was sold to Sigma Golf Nigeria Limited and Riverbank Investment
Resources Limited (the Sigma Golf – Riverbank consortium).


Nwauzor said AMCON “is pleased to announce Sigma Golf Nigeria Limited and Riverbank Investment Resources Limited (the Sigma Golf – Riverbank consortium) as the new investors in relation to the acquisition of the entire issued and fully paid up ordinary shares of Keystone Bank Limited”.


“This follows the receipt of the necessary regulatory approvals from the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN) and the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC).

      Staffs get paid on time.
      Keystone is also one of the Banks with the best welfare package for their staffs in the Banking Industry.
      Infact, I think Keystone staffs earn more than Fidelity staffs.
      You keep money for Keystone and e disappear?
      They might not have branches spread across the country like Union, First,Zenith etc but Keystone remains a Bank.
      And watch how better they will do with the new investors.
      And yes, I carry their matter for head.

    1. Nigerians have a major problem which is lack of taking responsibility, keystone bank was run down by the then phb MD, what has that got to do with the govt and election. If everyone was doing the right thing in thr own little way, am sure Nigeria ll be a better place. That is how pple dump refuse on d streets and still blame govt that the streets are dirty. Very sickening.

    3. Don't really know much about keystone but I think this bank doesn't mess with customers accounts,my account with keystone is deactivated since 7 years ago yet the little change left is still intact, keystone is ok to me.

    5. Anonymous 00:40, Atuche was with Bank PHB. Bank PHB was taken over by the government and it became Keystone. All bank PHB management were sacked.
