No anonymous, not me. But self righteous people & goody 2 shoes have a history of being caught doing the very sane things they condemn.

    5. Hahaha had to scroll back up to see whose post it was. Didn't realise it was Reno's. He's been on the lose lately on social media though. Most times chatting breeze. But today's analysis makes sense 😃

  7. The list is for people who buy land from the natives. That's land that was inherited or ancestral lands.
Anyone who buys such land in the past (at least 80s or 90s) will notice that the agreement didn't really state outright sale, but lease. And the lease is more often for 99 years.
It's almost the same thing the Omonile people do when you buy land and want to start building. From foundation till finish to house opening they will keep tasking you.

  9. That assertion is not absolute. I'm a happily married,15 years and counting, so I'm in no way endorsing infidelity. I'm only trying to be analytic in a dispassionate way.

A man who was "forced" or coerced into marrying a particular lady for all the wrong reasons, may cheat on her with the woman he really loves and when he gets the opportunity to break free from that sham of a marriage and be with the woman he true desires, he may not cheat on her. There are a few men who changed their lascivious ways and became faithful after the first marriage crashed. Before we rush to join the bandwagon of certain opinions, it behooves us to analyse each case by each unique facts.

When I hear or read such, the first thing I think about is, MOTIVE. Why do men cheat apart from the obvious biological factor? If a man cheats more because he is with the wrong lady and less because of biology, it's a safe presumption that he is less likely to cheat if he is with the right lady. On the other hand, a man who cheats mainly due to the biological factors and opportunity, will cheat regardless of whom he is with. It is my considered view that this assertion is not ironclad.

Another misconception with equal popularity is the "age is just a number" quote. This, too, is not absolute. It is actually more subjective. You may obstinately hold on to this assertion until your 19 year old son brings home a 45 year old woman as his bride-to-be, or your 18 year old daughter brings home a 65 year old man as her "beloved". Suddenly, your analytic mind will be activated! Then and only then will it hit you that perhaps, age is a little more than a number after all. ‎
