Oprah Says Having A Closet Full Of Shoes Doesnt Fill Up Ones Life...

Oprah Winfrey delivered an inspiring commencement address at Agnes Scott College in Atlanta on Saturday morning.

“You’re nothing if you’re not the truth,” Winfrey, 63, said to the crowd. “I’ve made a living, I’ve made a life – I’ve made a fortune, really – all good! – from being true to myself. If I can leave you with any message today: The biggest reward is not financial benefits, though it’s really good, you can get a lot of great shoes!”

She continued, “Those of you who have a lot of shoes know having a closet full of shoes doesn’t fill up your life. Living a life of substance can. Substance through your service.”

  16. Oprah is not God Biko. You can also be a woman of substance with a closet full of shoes. Your calling maybe related to modelling shoes, looking good, having enough luxury to own those shoes. If Oprah was a size 8 or even size 10, she wouldn't turn away opportunities to make money using her closet full of shoes. She has been battling loosing weight for centuries.
Oprah does not define my life. She likes to invest like crazy. She even went shopping in Paris in a Chanel store a few years back and suffered racial profiling. Wetin she find go there if she is all that without a the shoes and bags. Abegi!!!!

Meanwhile the definition of SUBSTANCE is relative.

And No I am not Toke or Chika.
I love my closet and my life!!!!

  17. I hate when people just wake up and start to feel empty in their lives and decide to define humanity what they think life is about.
Go and fill up void in your life madam. Last I heard you were questioning why God said He was a jealous God....
    So nah, not for me.
The Bible says All things are mine, shoes and clothes, and a fabulous life included, while living my purpose. Everybody's purpose is different!!!!
