    1. Really Nurse Eliza?

      Someone gives an opinion.

You respond with a crass insult.

I see the depth of your intellect.

Midnight you will stretch your mouth like rubber carpet and be disturbing other sinners shouting olowogbororo

      Hmmmm. Smh.

    2. If you want to bring women together, send them to their early graves or make them hypertensive, just bring a gist about men, cheating and side chicks and you'd see all of them like ants around sugar.

Whenever Stella posts educative stuffs or current affairs, the comments from women that are BVs will be less than 10. Then, why won't the men you cherish so much and treat as your gods not cheat on you and rub it in your faces. You all sound as if the only reason you were created as women is to marry a man and give birth to children. If that's your destiny then stop complaining if he decides to add another woman to his harem who also has your myopic mindset.

If you want to go all Biblical on this matter, remember the Old Testament and how the great men of old had women as concubines(side chics) and wives. Those women did not kill themselves shouting fire and brimstone. God did not punish the men. The men were even prosperous and the women fruitful.

So, all you women that have decided to die untop man matter, keep on pushing it. When you die or run mad, another woman will take over while the man will live longer.

      Receive sense woman!

Before you married him, you knew he was a player or he was with someone but later focused on you alone...it will reoccur.
Just focus on how he treats you.
Not the one you reach house finish and start looking for loyalty where it never existed.pls.
80% men cheats...10% of men don't cheat..d remaining 10% are hindered by finance or looks or religion.

I am yoruba and I thought she had a mixture of all tribes here...even though some people comment more than others but you can't use that to conclude where majority of her bvs are from? And ass licking? Lolzzz, so shout out now is ass licking? Anyways, it's just a blog were i believe that everyone's like a family and those that feels like they need to lick ass before being accepted should work on their self esteem. Something's wrong

You get what you accept. If you believe all men cheat, then cheating men will be your portion. If you believe not all men cheat, then you will meet the faithful men

Men weren't born to cheat. We all have that tendencies to cheat. Not towing that line is what makes you different from the other.

  19. Funke, when he gives you hiv or something in that category, console yourself with the fact that he treats you well.
Cheating is no child's play , gone are the days of ignorance.I lost an aunt to HIV, she died!! The person who infected her was treating himself whilst she was ignorant of her status.
She is dead today and husband is alive, it is not all about the man taking care of you.

    Live responsibly!!

    2. Know someone whose husband cheated anyhow. Wife got infected, unborn baby got infected before they discovered their status. All of them are dead today. The more we tolerate cheating from either sex, the worse it gets societally and otherwise. We should never promote cheating.

  20. It is always assumed that men will always cheat. That thing sometimes baffles me. I remember when I was single having a conversation with a female friend and she said she wasn't expecting her husband not to cheat and she'd always pack condoms in his bags when he travels. Despite telling her I could never do such, she just turned her nose up at the idea saying it was impossible for a man. This is unfortunate. It strikes me that this mindset that permits/expects men to cheat is so pervasive, and I suspect this itself could contribute to the correlated pervasiveness of the practice.

Truth be told, a man will always get tempted. Heck, having a girlfriend or wife doesn't mean your body gets switched off towards other women. It will always fire up when there is a woman around. The idea is not to deny this fact but to acknowledge it and decide how to respond.

Early in my life, I had a crush on two girls (think I was like 13/14 then). I discussed this with a trusted older family friend (he was married at the time and was in his take 20s). He said to me, "no matter what I find attractive in one woman, I will always be possible find the same or something completely different attracting me to another woman. So, I had one of two choices, either spend the rest of my life chasing one tail after another simply because I am attracted/tempted or decide that my response towards every new tail that crosses my path will be to acknowledge its a nice tail, but it is not my tail. Also to make sure the woman I end up with is one in which I am hugely satisfied. I chose the later two and had lived with it
    .
I am married and not cheating. I currently have been away from my wife for almost 3 months because of work, and still not cheating. Have I faced temptations? Absolutely!!! My loins are bursting from longing, and finding a woman to warm my bed is a bit too easy really!

Staying faithful under such circumstance is hard. However, I think it would have been easier if I had given myself permission to do so since my youth. Hence, I think it got easier on me because I started conditioning my mind early in life and because I look to Christ for strength. And for those who has not tried hard enough to tame their loins and think there is something wrong with me, you can't be more wrong!

  21. We are enslaved by our mindset. Women with this mindset raise men with similar mindset.

The only way to break the cycle is to teach our sons the right thing and also lead by example.

We also need to teach our daughters to reject advances from married men. The truth is we women weild all the power. If women can learn to say no and discourage philandering men, the men would have no choice but to revert to their wives.

  23. I don't get why we women are enablers for this sort of thing. Who can't cheat? Women? We're all born with the desire to seek what we don't have even when what we have is better than that which we seek. If women sit men down and talk about the number of men they've wanted to cheat with but resisted, the men will finally understand that they're learners. If most of us can control ourselves, not just because of what society will say but because we want our self respect, why can't the men? Women, we've always been our own problem. Imagine what she's saying. One day when Stella dedicates a post to this, I'll share a story of how I stopped an ex feeling like he was all that. Before the enablers come for me, I dumped his sorry behind cos he wasn't worth it in the end. Abeg make I face my work

  37. This is a very shallow way of thinking... This is the same lie we keep telling ourselves, making some men act like animals in the be of "I'm only human" is just so unfortunate this is coming from a woman.

    ReplyDelete
  38. Sensible woman.
Men have allowed their hypocritical pastors and their wives to browbeat them into behaving unnaturally. Monogamy is NOT natural. No man cheats until he is caught! And his wife will be here asking Stella and fellow BVs for advice. You (men) can fool yourself all you want, but have you wondered why prostrate illness is so wide spread these days? Why didn't our grandfathers suffer as much from prostrate illness? Now medical science has discovered that regular sex (at least 21 ejaculations in a month) is good for prostrate health. Our grandfathers had enough women to help them achieve this easily in a month. It has nothing to do with religion! Prayers will not cure prostrate cancer! You can pretend all you want, I won't be there with you.
