    1. If you watch the longer version of the video you will see the the robbers did not expect the car they were tailing to enter the bank. Once the fisrt car entered the bank the robbers having driven past the bank reversed and then entered the bank. The gate security man should have been more vigilant.

    2. Yep the security guy was not vigilant at all. They actually drove passed then reversed on a busy road. That should have been the point the security guard locked up. They were clearly 4 men in the car. He seemed to just open the gate casually like it was a residential house and not a financial hot spot.
I can bet they would not have succeeded that much if they could not get the car in. But thank God for His mercies

    6. So they don't rob in the West?? All the bank robberies going on in the banks in the west is not something to be worried about? How you find every post to make it tribal is baffling. Like the same crime doesn't happen every where. I know there was a time they were robbing banks back to back in a state in the West but no, that will not be remembered..

      Delete
    2. Anon11.18 are you for real? They used charms? I really hope they are not killed because that would be too easy for them They need to feel the pain they have caused their victims families. What about the third one now???

      Delete
  10. They're so heartless they didn't even look at one of them that was shot dead
They just acted like nothing happened and left

And why did they not wear mask?
The babalawo that did the charm for them set them up big time.

    3. Guys you do realise this is sometimes what the illusion of nollywood has caused. They would potray young couples living in grand houses with 3 or 4 luxury cars parked and not real life portrayal of a young couple living in a clean flat with a Honda Civic which they share to go to their office.
The uneducated greedy people then want to live like the former immediately forgetting that it takes a good couple of years to reach that stage.

      Delete
  12. What were they thinking? That they would rob a bank in broad daylight giving out every possible identity clue and not be caught?

    ReplyDelete
    Replies
    1. Yep that was what they were thinking. They have forgotten that Nigeria is a great country and the Police are great as well. Praise God

  13. Thank God. What an inhumane act they carried out. Na person husband and father be that oh

  17. What were they expecting robbing a bank with their faces every where. I guess they were feeling larger than life with those guns

    ReplyDelete
  18. What of the security guy that opened gate for them? And the policeman who shot the one in black dead?

    ReplyDelete

    1. The one that opened the gate ran out immediately he saw gun
      Smart guy I must say.

      Delete
    2. @chi exotic... I agree with you. The guy was very smart. There was no way he would have survived if he stood there with no gun. As for the foolish thief that went to the security house, I'm amazed at his level of stupidity. He just put himself in front of a door where he saw shots coming out from. Kudos to the plain clothed policeman that blew his daft brains away for good.

  20. We lived in shomolu in the 80s and there was this family in the flat behind ours (baba chukwudi)
Whilst my mum and dad had very descent jobs and were slowly building our own house as they had just used all their savings to buy a land, baba chulwudi would go out at night and come back in the morning. They had so many kids like litter and their flat was a right mess.
That's how the police charged one morning and we found out he was actually an armed robber. Imagine the utter shock. Meanwhile his wife was popping kids and doing housewife.

  21. They were so confident in their jazz that they didn't wear mask. Clear example of when God chooses the foolish things of the world to confound the wise. They thought themselves wise forgetting the popular adage that says "99 days for the thieves,1 day for the owner." Bloody thieves!

  22. The police man should not have left the gate house, he exposed himself, gallant though,, the idiot that shot him was a big coward, lots of glaring security lapses

    ReplyDelete
  23. What if he didn't have enough bullets to take them down, don't forget the police didn't expect the robbers,he was faced with that life and death thought at that point so he cant be blamed.I expect that police to have "shoot and bounce"juju even while running back he was also shooting notice the other guy was dodging from the shot,I hope the police guy survived tho.the juju mans job was just to protect them from gun shot notice most of the police bullet didn't get to the first guy and the driver.I hope this ones have been killed they have no business being alive.banks should have security guards not just @ the gate but unsuspecting areas in case of incident like this.

    1. Is a lie. Which protection. The police did not aim well that's why the shit didn't reach them the one he shot in the face nko? Juju my ass.

  26. Watched the video... See how the security guy opening the gate ran for his dear life and the lucky woman in red skirt that was about to enter. Those robbers are wicked. They didn't even hide their ugly faces with masks..
I think their target was the car that drove in before them cuz as soon as one of them got the money they were leaving... Glad the police officer attached to the bank killed the stupid one that ran towards him like he had odeshi.. I hope they didn't kill d police man thou cuz one of them fired aft him but cctv didnt capture that part.
God save us in this Nigeria o

    ReplyDelete
  27. Maybe they felt they would have hijacked the money before the guy entered the bank because for them to be so bold as to enter a bank unmask, must mean they weren't prepared to enter the bank or their Baba assured them they won't be seen. That has been my thinking since I saw the cctv recordings.

    1. But how did they know it was a large amount of money? I hope it wasn't an inside job where someone close to the person who owns the money tipped them off

    2. Must be an informant.. Maybe one of his staff, relative, friends. Anyone. But definitely someone informed the robbers

  35. @Anon 9.06, i baba Chukwudi's wife knew her husband's job, most Igbo women know their husband is into something illegal and they support him, instead of warning him. Many igbo women with 419 husbands know and they pray for his maga to pay as long as money is coming in.
