Breakfast Time - Joghurt Things!

Breakfast should be easy.....Dont eat too much....

I am starting a Natural Lactose free Joghurt diet from today......I eat Joghurt all day if I must and then one meal per day with lots of water....I saw someone it worked for.............I am not fat but I really want to be very Skinny....Like Victoria Beckham,LOL.

Has anyone ever thought of using quaker oats to make moin moin......you can blend until it becomes powdery and then do it same way you do powdery beans flour.Its a suggestion that i might try out tomorrow.

If you have tried it before let us know please...

      Monday = yam and egg sauce
      Tuesday = yam porridge
      Wednesday = yam and vegetable with ugba
      Thursday = yamarita
      Friday = fried yam and peppered sauce

    1. Happy heart you are a Ghanaian okay, which sensible Nigerian put garri inside rice and spaghetti. Ghana don really blend you into their system. You were even lying the other day that 129ghc can take you a whole month unless you eat only ghana food and even at that, the money will not go anywhere. I stay in Ghana and is hell over here, there prices of food is double sometimes tripple when compared to Nigeria food stuff e.g carton of 120gram indomie is 65cedes while in Nigeria is just 3000k
