Breakfasting....

Water for Breakfast!

Well, actually just coffee...My crew will make their own Breakfast today ......

Like i said I am having a drink for breakfast.....
I have a suggestion though...you can have cousous balls for breakfast......

Get your cousous mixed in hot salted butter water and when it is all soaked up you wait for it to dry out and then mix with egg and deep fry in Olive oil....will come out looking like akara ball..you can add anything you want...

Any Healthy breakfast suggestions?

Eba and other heavy foo

d for Breakfast is not recommended oh.

    2. Don't take any sliming products ooooo start doing "portion control " eat healthy food and don't eat too many fruits in a day make it just one fruit per day! Try and do some small exercise or walk for one hour after dinner everyday before going to bed, drink a lots of water like 2litre everyday. .... cut of swallow off ya meal or u can use cabbage to make eba or unripe plantain. .... try to always sleep beautifully.

    3. I don't know about slimming products but I'll recommend you start working out immediately. Start with walks then jogging. Jogging is known to combat depression because endorphins are released to your brain, when you jog.

Are you at Abuja? I can introduce you to my boot camp. Our trainer is awesomely mean.

    4. Sorry about what you went through, keep motivating yourself and be strong. For the next 3months, keep to this strict dieting meal plan and make sure you eat at a specific time and in little portions, it works in weight loss. For breakfast, 2 boiled eggs and a cup of tea(this should be eaten before 10am) drinks lots of water till 12:30-1:30 when you have lunch.lunch should be vegetable soup with a wrap of Eko or just the soup alone garnished with dry fish or boiled chicken/turkey.(please stay away from beef). Drinks lots of water(you could slice cucumber into your water to give it flavour, helps in weight loss and also reduce craving for softie). Dinner should be between 5:30-7, eat plenty green garden eggs or cucumber with little groundnuts. It is filling & detoxifies also. Then lots of water till sleep comes. You can choose to work out to firm up and hasten to journey. Another secret, tell no one about it, those feedbacks tend to hinder us. Let them just notice the change.

After the first 6 weeks, you will start feeling light and gradually get used to the plan. Pleas no cheat days, no rice, no yam, no garri, no bread, no pastries, no pack juice, no sodas, no alcohol, no biscuits. If you must eat rice get basmati brown rice or any brown rice and it has to be eaten in moderation with plenty of veggies and fish and has to be eaten at lunch time. Try as much as possible to stay clear of carbs. I created this plan for myself and I have no regret.

Remember, be strict and you shall see results.

    5. Anon19:56,it is well with your soul. God will see through and uphold you with his outstretched arms. Pls,don't take any slimming pills,I know a lot of them but I won't recommend them for you. Their side effects is very dangerous to health. You can do portion control just as monkeynofine suggested. You can also start Lipton, honey and lime regime every morning before eating breakfast and before going to bed at night. Also ,try and do small walk out or skip inside your house. Above all you we can always be as happy as we wanna be or as sad as we choose to be. Make yourself happy dear, nothing in life is worth dying for except salvation of ones soul. Take yourself chopping, make nice hairstyle, wear beautiful dresses.. Always look good and hot. And if you're a believer join a unit in church. God is still in the business of making boos he will surely boo you a man that will love you the way Jesus loves the church that he gave his life up for her.

      Shallom...
