Buhari's Daughter Zahra Says He is ''Doing Pretty Good''

One of the daughters of President Muhammadu Buhari, Zahra Indimi has said the President is currently doing fine.

Zahra made the disclosure on her Twitter handle while reacting to inquiries by followers on her father’s health status.

The first daughter who did not mention when the President will be returning to the country was asked by a follower, “Where is your father, asking on behalf of Nigerians.”

Responding, Zahra wrote: “Good afternoon Nigeria. He’s doing pretty good.”

After initially spending over 50 days on medical vacation in London, the President had in May returned to the United Kingdom, UK, for follow-up medical check-up and is yet to return.

Against the backdrop of his current health status, both his aides and associates have continued to assure Nigerians that the President was responding to treatment.

Despite the assurance from the Presidency, the Ekiti State Governor, Ayodele Fayose recently claimed that Buhari has been on life support since June, an allegation that has been generating heated controversy. ‎

Similarly, a former Minister of Aviation, Femi Fani-Kayode, on Saturday alleged that doctors have ruled out Buhari’s possible return because he can no longer function.

*I am sure if the President returns to Nigeria,it will be a very quiet entry..everything is so coded right now that all i can say is NA WAH!!!

  10. @James hater ignorance is bliss. You see it as a mumu question isn't it? Outside Nigeria, people are ONLY entitled to a certain number of sick leave hours. Once you exhaust your hours you can go on FMLA( Family Medical Leave Act) that too has a limit which is 13 weeks for most Agencies. Once you exhaust your FMLA, you are expected and required to return back to work. Failure to return to work results in a loss of that job. Go work in an agency and keep calling in sick for months and see if you will get paid or still keep that job. No sick leave hours results to no pay check for the time you are gone.

    2. James whatever please just shut up... People have a right to their opinion without being tackled by some internet responses that suggests you have so much time on your hands.
You too go and get a job and do something with your life, stop waiting for people to express themselves only for you to attack them.

  16. Since you are in Nigeria, stay home for six months without going to work. Just tell your employer you are sick. See if there are no laws.
