Despite court order by Justice John Tsoho of the Federal High court Abuja that process to recall Controversial Kogi Senator Dino Melaye be halted,INEC is still going ahead....

ReplyDeleteStella you misinterpreted the law just like Dino did initially. Return to status quo on the matter means continue with the process without interference from court injunction
ReplyDeleteThe court order did not bar INEC from continuing with the process.in fact the application made by Dino is an Exparte application inec was not put on notice.

ReplyDeleteI don't know what you guys freaking expect INEC to do in this matter. This is what happens when you are elected into an office and you refuse to face what you have gone there to do. All Dino does in that house is side is drama as if he is the only one there!!! Long hisssssssssss.
