      Using keke as empowerment makes sense. There are people you don't give money to start business as they will squander it in solving family problems. But give them a tool to make money and you have done them well. Even though this brand of keke doesn't make sense to me seeing Nigerians can't maintain things. In a year, the doors would have fallen off and ac stolen
