Murray-Bruce also hinted that there will be a high-powered meeting between the Senate and the President when he returns.
When the President gets back, we would need to sit down with him and have a conversation. There is no point having a conversation with anybody who is not a president.
“I am thinking the Senate. We will have a conversation. A bipartisan team will go and meet with Mr. President and have a conversation with him. Not APC senators meeting the president but the Senate meeting him and have a conversation on the future of Nigeria.

*Hopefully Lai Mohammed will not issue a press release to deny this...
Well, the nextweek started today already
ReplyDelete*Larry was here*
I hope the agenda of the so called meeting will is to tell the president to resign and focus on his health issues.
ReplyDeletePro-APC peeps will interpret this comment as "Hating" as usual...
I don't think they will interpret it as hating. Perhaps they would see you as stupid and ignorant of what constitutes power and position. A bit of pol sci 101 will help you reset your ignorance.

Delete"There is no point having a conversation with anybody who is not a president."... I wonder who he's referring to! Thought this man was different but turned out to be from same feather. *Spits
ReplyDeleteThanks a lot. I'm glad someone else noticed this really silly commemt
DeleteSpits?? Hope you spit also when elders in your family speak. What is wrong with what he said? It's only the president that has the absolute say and no point having a discussion with someone who still has to report back to others.
DeleteI am a non partisan Nigerian living abroad and I actually agree with him.
"Common sense" far from you Ada. That's all I have to say to you if what you said is how you reason!
