    4. @ LEP, be the change you want to see. It starts with you and I. I work in a govt office where pple are so stingy even with a bottle of coke. It wasn't easy but I started giving pple surprise birthday cakes on their birthdays whether they deserved it or not..and my dear just like that pple caught on and continued the tradition.. someone said I don't ask like a Nigerian, I told them I do it because it makes me happy..
