Saturday Breakfast....

There is something I read on this blog that i have been eating frequently now because it is too yummy!







What it is?Sardine mixed with salty butter and eaten with Fresh bread....Kai!!!!
Today I intend to mix the sardines with fresh sliced tomatoes,nutmeg,curry,thyme,fresh eggs  and make an omelette out of it.
Too yummy.

I will use bread made with corn to eat the Omelete


I will be reading and lifting more suggestion.....Keto?who e EPP?LOL.

    7. Slightly ripe plantain with local garden egg (palm oil) sauce, too yummy! Weekend is bae!

    8. Chai that combo is mad. Stella, try it using a sandwich maker. Use the sardine oil on the sandwich maker so it doesn't stick, plus more flavor on your bread.
      Mash the sardines with butter, spread on your bread and toast in the sandwich maker. Thank me later.

  6. Stella I'm preparing my oha soup my self to wack this morning.Not every time madam will be doing the cooking!

    I even bought goat bolokos to add to it.Hope it tastes yummy!

    Please don't preach to me about eating heavy food in the morning. I'm a African man a no be oyibo.

  11. I was just too busy in the morning, I did a lot of cleaning and ironing!

    I only had fig fruits with water.

    Jollof rice will do for later.

    Sardine and butter belch is the worst thing ever.It's delicious though but takes me a week to build up the courage to try again.

    8. Keto flu is real oooo. Hubby and I went through it and ran away from keto. We are already loosing the weight through other means.
      Plus I googled the long term effects of eating too much meat and nearly died of fear and shock. I won't try that keto again abeg!

  17. Stella you should try mixing boiled eggs, sardine, butter and mayo. Delicious!
    Or avocado toast. How I do mine is I blend the avocado and raw eggs, slather a lot of it on bread like thick butter and toast it. With a side of strawberry Holandia and avocado smoothie with crushed ice. Yum yum yum!!!

    1. Snarker for me, instead of sardines, I use corned beef but still with every other ingredient. Yummy. I stopped after watching the China video on how they make corned beef.

  25. Breakfast today, for me, is tigernuts. On my way home, I saw them with dates but didn't get the dates. Different meals for breakfast at home. Mumsy is downing moimoi with coffee while my bro is drinking tea with biscuit. Meanwhile, I don't know which neighbor that wants to finish everybody on the street with wonderful aroma of food. If I pull a Jerry now, someone somewhere will just call be an itong. Oh well, back to my nuts
