The Billionaire Versus The Praying Man

This is not as easy as it looks!

If you were told to choose between these two men standing before you, which would you choose?
You are not allowed to choose both and you cannot stand in the middle...ONE CHOICE!

I will choose A and turn him into a praying man.....Hmmmmm

    4. Money over love abeg. Love is not enough to hold a marriage. A prayerful man is good but a practical man is a man who has his stuff together and is financially stable. I am a testimony. I was once married to a so called church church guy but it fell all apart because too many financial issues. Our fights and anger was more than the days we were happy in that marriage. Behind closed doors he would abuse me and hit me. So glad to be out and doing well for myself now.

  23. So how did the "billionaire" make his money?
Who is the "praying man" praying to?
Both could use "the me" for rituals
And is it right to reduce marrital choice to just money or prayers?
Marriage or companionship is more of character oriented.
That one is a billionaire does not mean he gives in billions. He might as well be stingy and lend money to his girlfriend and demand 50% interest like the man in that yesterday's chronicle.
Once a man meets my aesthetic expectation on first meet, the next thing that qualifies him is character and intellect. If he does not know how to make money, marrying me will help him do that.
I need peace above all things.

  45. ‎The fundamental mistake a lot of ladies make is labouring in error and under the falsehood that they can change a man. It's not impossible but highly improbable. What some ladies end up with after the harrowing experience of "forcing" a man to fit their cookie cutter image of a husband is, a man who has mastered the art of dual or multiple personalities. They pretend to be whom you've laboured to make them be, ‎when you are with them but the true man comes out to play whenever they are free from you. I find it pertinent to add here that, that will only happen if the man is CRAZY about you and wouldn't want to lose nor disappoint you. But can you imagine how miserable he would be feeling, knowing he can't be his true self with you? #hellobondage.

If you try to change a man who merely likes or is comfortable with you, he will make your marital life with him a living hell! Both of you will be miserable and God help you if he gets a side chic whom welcomes him with open arms and accepts him, warts and all. People rarely change, Stellz. The "old nature" merely becomes latent or recessive but may come out to play when something or someone triggers it or them. Good luck with trying to make a Billionaire set in his ways, a praying man.‎

I choose the praying man because a Billionaire without the fear of God in his heart, is like the proverbial sword of Damocles, a ticking time bomb that can go off at anytime (blowing e-kisses to Bv Atheist, you know I love you, right? No offence intended. Just my opinion). Financial stability is a sine qua non for a happy marriage, but it must go with other qualities or it will end up being the noose that asphyxiates the marriage. I know, first hand, the benefits of a praying man and I'm blessed to have a loaded one. I fell in love with my heartbeat because of his amazing character, way before I knew his networth. Here comes the tricky part, though. I would NEVER marry a man who isn't financially stable and I would NEVER marry a financially stable man, even if he rakes in Billions, if his character falls short of my expectations. There's a delicate balance which MUST be maintained.‎

  55. NONESENSE! TO MANY OF THE COMMENTS BETRAY THE LEVEL OF IMMATURITY AND FOOLISHNESS IN THE CHOICES WE MAKE. THAT IS WHY MANY MARRIAGES AND RELATIONSHIP ARE IN THE BUNKERS. ASK THE SAME QUESTION TO THE WHITE MAN WHO REALLY IS NOT DEPRAVED AS WE ARE. YOU WILL BE SHOCKED THAT NEITHER IS THE CHOICE. BEING A BILLIONAIRE DOES NOT GUARANTEE HAPPINESS, BEING A PRAYING MAN DOES NOT MAKE YOU SPIRITUAL OR NEARER TO GOD. WE HAVE BILLIONAIRES WHO ARE NOT HAPPY AND SEE THEIR WEALTH AS A BURDEN AND THERE ARE "MEN OF GOD" WHO ARE CAN CONJURE EVERY MANNER OF WORDS I PRAYER BUT WHOSE HEART IS WICKED AND SELFISH. WHAT DEFINES HAPPINESS FOR US IS DIFFERENT AND IN THAT DIFFERENCE, BEING TRUE TO YOURSELF AND TO GOD TOPS EVERYTHING.

SO WRONG ANSWERS AND NONSENSE QUESTION TOO!

  57. A praying man will move nations. A praying man who holds on to God doesn't become rich- he becomes wealthy (he would experiences, people who honours him, and Yes, money). A praying man is God's own tool for major surprises. A praying man moves God, shakes nations, re-shapes destinies. Without sentiment, I would ask myself - what would God chose in this situation? Definitely, a praying man. Cheers‎
