Vice President Osinbajo Says Nigeria’ Will Recover With Buhari's Return

Vice President Yemi Osinbajo expressed the conviction that with the recovery of President Muhammadu Buhari, Nigeria would recover.

“The recovery and recuperation of the President is in some sense symbolic of the recovery of Nigeria. Nigeria is going to recover.

“We are on the path of strong economic recovery and this is an excellent sign that the country is on the right side. There is great hope, there is great excitement and we are going to make it as a nation,” Osinbajo told State House correspondents at the Presidential Villa, Abuja, shortly after Buhari returned to the country.

He said he was extremely happy that the President returned to the country in good health.

The VP should understand he's administering a nation and not a bunch of Pentecostal faithfuls and save us those rhetoric. How does Buhari's 'recovery' translate to a possible recovery of Nigeria?

I've always known that Osibanjo is a big joke. Equating a dying 85yrs old health recovery to the economic recovery of a clueless nation. Now that's a real JOKER.

It is rather pathetic that too much talking is still ongoing.

Tell that to the birds. Our economy was better of without him, though Buhari means well but he lacks the intellectual capacity to govern Nigeria.
