ReplyDelete@Graced Momma there was one in my estate. She will park Murano Jeep and ask for money for fuel from passers-by. The whole estate had to alert security when they felt harassed. She will drive in as if she's coming to see someone, the person will even call the gate to allow her in (Maybe her husband or accomplice), she will park by a speed bump on the main entrance/exit road and once you slow down she will start hailing you. She go even dress paint face - daddy mummy find me soemthing nau, even if na fuel money. Someone now called her out on instablog naija, before she changed position. Apparently, she was well known in these parts and moves from estate to estate.
