If you are going through depression, I hope you find the strength you need. Meanwhile, you saw Logic's and Alessia Cara performance at the VMAs award?? That performance was the truth

  4. I had all of the symptoms in Stage 1, sometimes would have tears running down my eyes on the road and I wouldn't even notice..

And sometimes I would wake in the morning and ask God why he didn't let me die in my sleep like my friend did.

The panic attacks were just crazy...
I had to take myself to a therapist, move my annual leave forward and learn to live with the pain.

I thank God for my therapist, my boyfriend who never gave up on me, and my lovely family and all who reached out to me from SDK blog.

Don't ever give up on yourself. I am willing to help whoever needs a shoulder to lean on.

  7. This is REAL. Whoever posted this is a kind soul and you also Stella. Thank you Oluwa mi. It could have been me. I could have been dead. But God saved me. Nigerians don't really get depression and suicide, that it is an illness. That people suffering from it need help and compassion. Compassion at least, sometimes all it takes is a listening ear or a shoulder to cry on. It's not always about money. Not everyone is mentally or physically or spiritually or psychologically strong. Thank you Lord. Stella thanks for this enlightenment.

  8. Hmmmmmmmmmmmm..this just reminded me of my sister. She used to talk about jumping into a river and we used to laugh thinking she was just being funny. I never knew that was her cry for help. Thank God she overcame it. Thank you C for being brave and strong enough not to do it.
