Tuesday Morning Spontaneous Post...

Γ€tuesdaymorningthings #awoofdeyrunbelletruetrue #darlingboyfriendsofftoschool #itismoreblessedtigivethantorecieve #stellabylilien #lovethegoodlife.

Una good Morning..........

Yesterday was a dramatic one for me.....
You know,in the diaspora, they encourage you to let your child become independent at an early age....From when my kids where in Kindergarten,I let them do so many things by themselves which is very 'Un-Nigerian'....(You know how we fuss over kids and do things for them when we know they can)

My Son just started high school and he has to ride with the Bus.....Yesterday I asked if i should pick him up and he warned me to stop asking and said NO,he said he didnt want his friends laughing that he was a mamas boy (he is)....lol.

On his way back with the bus (he closes late and Mondays and Tuesday according to his school timetable) he slept off and missed his stop....instead of taking the Bus back he panicked and decided to walk and find his way back......he did get back home but very late and I was panicky and OMG...you dont wanna know!

Today I am doing it my way, dropping him off and picking him up abeg!

It isnt easy letting your child walk out that door alone.............right?

Enough of my blah blah blah...

Today there is an awesome giveaway and though it is for ladies alone, the men are allowed to take part and gift their wives or girlfriends or sisters or mum...lol

The 50k from the BV who wanted to gift it out was shared between three people @16,500 each (lol) and I have chosen a winner for my 50k giveaway but it is not from these three winners like  initially said i would do....I defaulted on this for personal reasons...I have chosen a winner for the 50k giveaway but yet to contact the person.

Faces of In house news, dont forget to send in..............

Kisses to ALL.

    3. Some tailors can be so annoying I must say. Last last, you'll just go and collect your cloth and turn it to cover cloth after it must have stayed with the tailor for months. That's why I prefer to give my clothes to good and expensive tailors that I'm sure will deliver as expected.

      How are you Starry dear?

    4. My dear Larry, this is what I'm experiencing right now, I gave this 'fashion designer'(as she calls herself) a material to make a dress, after charging me so much, I went for my pickup yesterday, immediately she saw me, she started shouting that "Ahhhhhhh, sister, I forgot oooo, I never sew am, I never even cut am, I forget, Na as I see you now, I remember, no vex, make I go cut am, when you Dey travel tomorrow, Na early morning??" I just stood at a spot looking at this Woman, I gave her almost her full payment remaining 1k,just to commit her and she hasn't even cut the dress...... I went back later in the evening as she said, I didn't meet her, her girls said her child was sick so she took him to the hospital, and by this time I had already completed the payment, I called her and she said the dress will be ready today by 12, I just pray because I no even get power to yell at anyone but I'm so not using her again!!!

Yeye tailor, Sorry for my rant!!!

  11. I have been wanting to say this for a while. Shop rite should be called out. Their prices are too outrageous. How can they advertise "lower prices everyday" meanwhile everything there is so expensive. Their bread is more expensive than what is on the street. Three pieces of snail is over a thousand naira. Tissue nko? Sanitary towels?
Dont even bother going near the daiper section. 400N is added to each one. Baby food nko? Its cheaper outside. Milk has like 200N on top what is in the market. Same with cereals. Palm oil. Imagine I saw a 2 litre palm oil bottle close to 3k. Ahan warrisit?
Is it because of the AC and clean environment? How can someone be pushing a shopping cart round the store for over 30mins and can't even put 3 items inside because of high prices.
I know some persons will say I should shop where my pocket reach me. I don't have a problem with that. My own is that they should remove that their lower prices everyday from their logo.

    5. I guess their lower prices everyday means they are actually cheaper than other supermarkets because the prices in Addide are higher than that of shoprite. There are somethings that even wisdom would let you know that you shouldn't buy in Shoprite, an example is palm-oil, it would be a total waste of money to buy a not so great palm-oil for the exorbitant amount.

      Delete
    6. I thought it was just me. I find their prices ridiculous .

      Delete
    7. Finally!
      Someone aired my exact sentiment.

I bought some items there. Within same period, saw same items with price difference at a wholesale shop in a local market.

Shoprite prices have become outrageous and far opposite from their slogan.
I think they should change it to "Lower prices you CAN'T trust"πŸ™„

      Delete
    8. Exactly. ShopRite is a very expensive shop jare. Defeating the aim. Who do they think they are deceiving? Mtcheew. We need our very own Walmart. Me, I have discovered better places to shop than ShopRite. They should go shop left joor.

  22. Some Nigerians get issues sha.

Why will you live to impress people or so that they can say you're a "big geh". Who big girl EPP?

Why will you want to buy a 20k dress every now and then when you know its going to leave a big hole in your pocket?

Why will you want to visit a boutique in VI all because you want to prove that you're big when Okrika is dia?

Chia!!! When you buy some okrika and wash them well and iron it, people will think you got it from a boutique.

Why will you want to buy human hair of 100k when you can get a very cheap one and still look good?
Or better still buy Brazilian wool or kukuma weave your hair.

Please don't get me wrong. Life is in stages. There will come a time you will be able to afford some things without battling an eyelid, but hey while growing you need not try impress anyone, enjoy who you are.

No wonder some people run into debt trying to impress others thereby ending up broke and miserable.

If people come to your house and there is no chair, bikonu they should use the rug, if no rug please sit on the carpet. If they can't, they're free to take their leave.

If a friend offers you food without meat, it's not enough reason to look down on that person. Don't go and get soft drink to impress anyone.
Everyone has a story, and its understandable that you're on your way to somewhere.

If you're offered water that is not cold because the person don't have a fridge, even you're used to cold water all your life, drink it with joy. Don't start creating any funny scene.

If anyone refuses to be your friend because you don't wear designers, bikonu bid them farewell.

If people see you with a cheap cloth and they don't like it, they should use the next lane.

If they think your perfume is too cheap, they should hug the transformer close to them.

It's just so crazy, as if life is determined by what you wear and not what you are.

Little wonder people look gorgeous on the outside and empty on the inside.

The next time they see you and all you're wearing including your bag by their calculation nor reach 2k and they're not happy - please WAKA PASS.

The world would be a better place, when people begin to accept each other for who they really are and not judge others by their material status and most importantly when we learn to SHUT YOUR EARS TO WHAT PEOPLE MAY THINK OR SAY OF YOU.

Hmmmmm. Tinz people do just to live up to "societal standard".

    Morning guys,
    Trust everyone is good yea?
Please i need to hear your opinion on this issue.

What has clothes label/brand got to do with demons or someone's destiny? Because I am not understanding this woman at all.
    Hmnnn!
I gifted a lady who has been struggling with her son some money and some brand new clothes for her son.
The labels are Garanimal, Little Rebel, Faded glory,& Next respectively. Some of the tees had inscriptions like "party monster," " rugged and wild," "mom's little bad guy" etc
She came by yesterday to return the clothes, pointing to the tags and labels saying she knows i gave with a good intention but that the clothes are destiny killers😲

    Huh???????
She even started preaching to me that I should stop buying clothes with such inscriptions and labels.

The look on her face though...like i had an evil intention with the gifts.
I didn't even know how to react. Is this a sign to begin to respect myself and turn a blind eye to certain situations I could be of help? πŸ˜πŸ˜•πŸ™ƒ

Also one daybi went to visit my cousin married to a lecturer(very strict man, have never seen him smile)her little boy ran up to me,I carried him and was giggling him when my eyes caught the inscription on him that says YOU THINK YOU ARE THOUGH?COME CHECK OUT MY DAD! I should my cousin she nearly died of laughter, it was such a coincidence. Lol

    15. Bloggie, when i was in school, an aunt once came back from shopping abroad and gifted me some tops and gowns. When I left her place and checked the clothes properly, I saw some with skulls and butterflies used to design them. Some have tiny skulls as all over them as designs, others have scary animals with mouth opened wide placed strategically at the front. I removed all these ones, and burned them. I didn't mention any thing about it to the giver. I even thanked her one more time when I saw her again. So the woman went about it the wrong way

@Cynthia, really? Wow. I really don't pay attention to labels. Once the clothes are glam and catchy especially for kids + got good quality, I buy.
@Olivia, no she didn't,just the clothes. There is no point asking her for the money. It's fine. She can keep it.
      @Shirley LOL.

I swore to myself to begin to turn a blind eye even if Its a situation or something I can help out with.... except the holy spirit torments my heart to reach out.😐

      Thanks guys.
Lemme run. But I will be peeping on posts at intervals.

      Nice day everyone.
      Cheers.

  25. My dearly beloved, I decree today, that the good Lord will enrich you with blessings and give you more than what you bargain for. I pray that His glory will fill you up.
May the protection of the Lord always be with you just as it was with David. The good Lord will be your banner. As you go out He will be behind to guard you. He will be above you to watch over you. The good Lord will make you stand firm in all your challenges. In the Mighty name of God.
    Good morning remain richly blessed.

  38. Churchill was cornered at the airport yesterday and in his own words,he said let him put an end to all the rumours flying around..
About the love triangle between him, rose and tboss. Churchill said he has always known rose as little girl and she is like her a family to him and that he is not dating rose also that she is not his PA he was like how can she be an actress and be his PA(that word kept me thinking is it a different woman all this while?and she is just calm somewhere watching all the drama)he said he is not dating tboss, they are not in any relationship (those of you hailing her, biko werey wayo)lastly that he also said he is yet to see his son and that he has never raised a finger on a woman and that he will never cause only a weak men beats a woman.
Madam tonto please let this man have a relationship with his child, you can't keep him for too long. His going to grow from a child to a teenager from a teenager to a grown man and his going to start making his own decisions, Please do the needful.

  41. A mother's love is indescribable. My son started reception class at 3yrs because of my gum body and not letting him go. My neighbours would scold and taunt me, for where! I saw him as too babyish to go to school. I just couldn't let him out of my sight. Thank God he is smart and all that. He finished secondary school same age with his mates that started at 11/2yrs. I didn't allow that double promotion ssh in primary 4 as well, the school called me for a meeting to allow him write common entrance in primary 4 and i said no he must to do primary 6. They said same in primary 5 I said lailai. Na una pikin, lol. God bless them all.

  45. Hubby got home late last nite. He entered the bathroom and took his bath. He had refused to touch me since the day I refused him sex. I was just watching him in 4D. Conji have nearly finished his life. After bathing, he ate little food. All this while, his aboki was standing attention. He refused to wear boxers oh. He was going around like that. Our Kid was snoring in her room already. His erect aboki made me aroused. I was just smiling. He crawled up to me in the kitchen and started touching me. I now dragged him to the our room. He was so horny. See him shaking. I licked him from his ears down to his aboki he was moaning loudly. I now climbed him, he started talking dirty. "Fuck me baby, I love you, come and pour it in my mouth, don't come on me," he pulled me up and placed my puna in his mouth, sucking and licking me. Using his tongue to fuck me. I was in heaven. He ducked me three rounds in different styles, infact like he was like a porn star and still wanted more. But it was late. I told him i was tired. This early morning, he gave me one more round saying his aboki is not yet relieved. Hahahaha. Life of a married woman.

While we were there, I sent the eldest (10yrs) to go buy fuel on the next street((i wanted to go myself while he stayed with his brothers, he refused and said he can go. while we were arguing on who to go or stay, he said you will be treating me like a baby. Am I a baby? the place is not far). Na so i gree oo. Under 10 mins I went to stand outside the salon, the barber was like madam wetin happen? sebi na now now the boy go? i was just restless till he sho oo, i just said thank God. The guys were just starring at me. I just told them una no go understand...

  50. Good morning Bvs, I can imagine how worried you were Stella😁. But in my days, after a while, your parents will stop taking you to school, I was going to school by myself at primary 1,i was in primary 2 when my younger sister started Reception (the modern kindergarten). And I was the one that always took her to school, from the first day till I finished primary school. Then my dad didn't have to come to school to pay, everything was done in the bank. The Buser would just call you to come and take your books for the term. Dad will only take us to school when it rains and sometimes we would still go buy ourselves. Then there were no school busses Na. But the funny thing is now that we are grown up(not married sha), when we go out, they won't be at ease till we are back, using phone to disturb somebody up and down 😣. They would want to drop you sef instead of entering public transport πŸ˜‚something they didn't do before. The normal Nigerian is over protective and even till the point of it becoming an issue sef. So Abeg I guess you should just be alternating it, don't have high BP o😊.
