    1. Yes u are right. 1 is the answer. I use bodmas

    2. The correct answer is 9
Using bodmas, division takes precedence over multiplication, addition and subtraction
      6\2=3 * 2+1
      3*3=9
      Simple math

    Division comes before multiplication
    6÷2=3
    3x3=9

    1. You're wrong. Because bracket comes first, that is why when you solve the (2+1), you immediately multiply it with the 2. Thereby making it 6.

    2. How come you still have that 3 in the bracket, the rule of BODMAS says you should take care of the bracket before proceeding.

Answer is 1 and not 9

  7. According to the VBODMAS stands for

    V- Vinculum (bar)

    B- Bracket, (), {}, []

    O- Of

    D- Division

    M- Multiplication

    A- Addition

    S- Subtraction

This order must be followed for performing the operation.

    6/2(2+1)

    According to VBODMAS rule

    Solve the bracket first (2+1)

    So the expression becomes 6/2(3)

2(3) is one term, it is different than 2*3.

Therefore we will multiply 2(3) first and then divide.

    6/6.

    Ans is 1

  8. The answer is 1. Sum up the numbers in the bracket. Which will give you 3.
    Then 2*3=6
    Finally 6 divided by 6= 1.

Not so good in math though
