    This is rubbish, everyone knows the norths issues are self inflicted. What exactly do they want apparatus from religious bigotry and oppression of those who they see as lower than them. The so called religious fanatics were cheered on by the masses when the victims were southerners or Christians for years. Why build an area we all know doesn't want to be developed. They purposefully despise western education and are strictly bound to the backward tendencies of Islam. This is a sham of the highest order.

    President Buhari ought not to have told them "where to focus",
    The world bank president ought to have simply said that
    They focused on north eastern Nigeria because it was a post conflict zone.
    So for Buhari to have made that statement is troubling
