Panic in Maiduguri As Parents Withdraw Their Children From Schools Over False Monkey Pox Vaccination Alert.

After rumors of vaccination of school children against monkey pox in some parts of the South East and South South, there was another panic in Maiduguri, Borno state capital.

According to multiple reports, school activities were cut short yesterday after reports filtered into town that students were being injected with vaccines by a non-governmental organisation (NGO).

Parents immediately stormed the schools and withdrew their children as panic spread from one school to the other.

According to reports, the parents are refusing their children/wards to be vaccinated by anyone over fear of the dreaded monkeypox virus.

  1. I really don't understand. Are people getting more and more stupid by the day??? Is it spirits that are injecting these school children?
E.g the school where parents almost uprooted the gate in PH, who opened the gates for these spirits to come in and inject?
Most schools have security personnel and gates so is it that these 'vaccinators' jump the fence or they are allowed in. How come no one has been able to release a picture of at least one person vaccinating or being vaccinated???

    1. I'm so disappointed...how can people both educated and those on the street behave in the same manner. I can vividly tell you that all that pH stunt was fake.

Imagine. If the North with its history of endemic diseases is resistant to such 'act of benevolence' by the military, how much the South South and South East. It simply tells about the lost of confidence in government and her institutions.

  4. You won't blame people for loosing faith in this government or anything that comes from them, be it from the military or elsewhere. So the military should disengage from the medical exercise if people doesn't want it.

  11. If you think education is expensive, try ignorance.
