New President Of Zimbabwe Mnangagwa Dissolves ENTIRE Cabinet

Three days after he was sworn in,Zimbabwe's President Emmerson Mnangagwa, has dissolved the entire cabinet of his predecessor Robert Mugabe, who resigned after the military took control of the country.

The President on Monday sacked his entire cabinet, appointing just two new ministers. According to eNCA Mnangagwa has appointed Patrick Chinamasa as acting Finance Minister and Simbarashe Mumbengegwi as acting Foreign Affairs Minister.

Mnangagwa is expected to meet his new ministers on Tuesday to discuss the way forward.

A spokesman for the President said that Mnangagwa was putting together a new team, and he wanted to get rid of the old ministers so that services were "uninterrupted".

There has also been an outcry after it was revealed Mugabe, 93, received a whopping $10 million (£7.5 million) pay-off after 37 years in power that has left his country bankrupt.

Of course no point retaining the old guys. He should equally overhaul the military ASAP.

He should not even tamper with the military because those guys are loyal to their oga more than the president. Dissolving the cabinet is a good idea. Nigerian government should learn this, stop recycling old men. Bring in new men with positive ideas and see positive change.

He did the right thing for a new government.

U can't be working in d circle of your enemies and expect to succeeded.

If J.T.U Aguiyi Ironsi had done this, removing Gowon and his cohorts around him as was warned by Ojukwu, probably, he wouldn't had been murdered like a duck.
