UNICEF Bags Meant For IDPs On Sale In Kano

School bags donated by UNICEF to the Internally Displaced Persons are reportedly being sold on the streets of Kano...

Who are the Officials in charge of the items meant or IDP's?..They should be arrested because if these bags are not given to them, maybe they dont get food as well...
