Not surprised though, that's what most of this governors do.. I go one state the other time, I dey inside their transit bus.. The bus na subsidized payment bus.. And you see some group of people praising the governor... I was in that state for a week, I made sure I took that bus, they have several of those buses.. And you see these same people praising the Govenor.. So what am I trying to say, some governors employ people to "praise "them.
