The Viral Photo Of The Lady Who Went Down On Her Knees Before A Proud Nobody

Yesterday I looked at this photo and I said to myself ''He didnt force her to go down on her knees.she did it for money and he seems to be enjoying it''

then I zoomed in on the photo and thought ''They might even be the same age but she looks older because life has not been fair to her''
It Didnt dawn on me how so wrong this was until i read Comedian Alibaba's piece of mind on this.....

Dont let them go down before you bring them back up!

What do you think about this and what Alibaba had to say?

What if this woman is owing this man 9 months rent and the man is about to eject her and her family and she is begging him?

Its easy to judge the man because he is standing and by a car. No one knows the true story.

Chronic debtors can embarass you like this woman is doing to this man. Imagine her even offering him less than one month rent and begging him to have mercy.

  4. True words Ali Baba, my exact sentiment. I was reading a book and some one said, the real reason why some very comfortable Nigerians refuse to relocate to foreign countries but rather keep two homes with the wife and kid abroad is not because they can't succeed over there but because they need someone to feed their ego and take their shit here at home. Something they can't get away with over there.

  6. I don't know sha... But the woman seems to be praying for the man with both their eyes closed. The man must have given her money beyond her expectation.

    1. Yeah, I think so too.she could have done that out of joy, But he did wrong putting his hand in his pocket when she was kneeling down. He should been the one kneeling while she places her hands on him if need be. The picture could be sending a wrong message from the actual event.

  7. Actually personally I consider it very wrong and don't allow people kneel or bend just to greet me or beg me for something.

  8. This man obviously didn't have a problem with an older person kneeling down for them.. I dislike it. Your instinct as a human being should not even allow you let someone grovel this way.
    Except maybe something else transpired.

There is a similar video from Kokun that has me bursting into tears everytime I come across it.. People were a little hard on him for not pulling the woman up. In my opinion though.. I think the Kokun guy was busy counting more money to give to the Vegetable seller that he forgot the woman had gone on her knees.
That Vid breaks me each time I venture close to it.

  9. Why did she go down on her knees before? Did she steal his money and was begging?

As far as she wasnt begging him to marry her or begging him to stay with her she can continue kneeling. Not that I can kneel down for any human being sha.
They may even be acting film sef..anything to trend. Or he caught her cheating.

What the hell do I care? I aint gat no fuel. Queues everywhere. .ATM oh. Fuel station oh . And no light

  13. It all man in Akwa Ibom State. The arrogant man is a commissional and the helpless woman came to beg for Christmas package so I learnt. But is so wrong of the man feeling like a small god because he's in a position to help. Poverty is worst than HIV.

  14. I have not had a reason to kneel down for anyone amd I pray never to However I don't think I would allow anyone kneel before me regardless of who i think I am or my age

  15. Yes I agree with Bros Ali.
He's supposed to put his hand under her armpit or on her hands and pull her up before her knees reach the floor. Not stuff his hands and savor her prayers or listen to her pleas or whatever she's saying.

For me, if you refuse to come up, I join you on the floor straight up. Though some will believe it's an obsolete belief but tradition has it that when older people kneel to greet you, one won't live long. Except you're an Igwe.

  16. Did it occur to you guys that maybe his hand was already in his pocket before the woman knelt down?
Or maybe he was counting money in His pocket to give the woman?
Or he was shocked by the woman's action (kneeling down)?
Or maybe it didn't cross his mind to help the woman up. He might be telling her to get up and she refused, so he was Counting money to give her so that she can go because he was embarrassed by her action?
I have learnt not to judge a book by its cover, so, I refuse to jump into any conclusion.

  17. My brother can do this. He is the most arrogant and proud living thing I know. Gosh! Thinking about what he has done irritates me. He practically annoys me....... I hate pride with passion.
Unfortunately those kneeling for you can destroy you.

  18. In my opinion, I'll say its their business. I don't see either parties looking like they are under duress, the lady knelt down out of her own free will.

It's a matter of morals, he didn't break any law. Most Nigerians do worst than this in secret, when somebody begs you for something and says,"please on my bended knees" what does that mean?

Abeg free the guy and the woman, She feeds his ego and gets what She wants better than having sex with him just for financial favours.

  19. What if the woman was actually praying for the man, we can't really say what happened just by mere photos

  21. Alibaba should go and face his front. Only a couple of comments here are filled with wisdom. There is obviously a story behind all this and lets not judge a book by its cover.
Heaven help the person who will take my picture and upload it on his/her social media handle all in the name of nonsense. That is the day he/she will understand the language that spirit speaks.

  22. This is a picture and not a video to fully see what happened so it is wrong to judge and conclude, it's a short facial expression, what if he was in shock and felt for the woman and looked at her, what if she hurt him so much and he is thinking how can he forget what happened and thinking of what to do,I can't conclude cos I wasn't there and it is just a picture.

  23. Hmmm...
Hi Stella, hi everyone, before you judge and crucify him, pls read.
That's the Uyo rep in the Akwa ibom state house of assembly.
The woman kneeling before him is one of some who got 100k from him earlier this year to start up a business or support existing ones.
This woman came this Christmas to his house a long with others who came to collect Christmas largesse so as to use the opportunity to thank him.
Look at the pics very well you will notice she is pronouncing blessings on him. If you are agiver, you may have experienced such before.
He told her to stand up. She did only afer her prayers. She was given 10 k on top. She said her business has been good.
As for the disgruntled so called journalist, inibehe, who started this story, when he has seen many other pictures of what happened, let God judge you. The woman, her family and the lawmaker have handed you to God.

No matter the case, i was brought up to know that on no account is an elder allowed to knee before you, except in few cases, which includes persons who are kings.personally I think the guy did wrong but his hands on his pocket showed pride which may not have been his intention.please my mum says you place curse on your head when you allow this, just saying

This guy has one hand in his pocket and a look of disdain on his face.

No matter what the woman is saying or begging for. It is dead ass wrong.

      End of Discussion.
