    1. It happened to me. In my own case, I am not really sure of the age now but it would be between 5 and 6. I was very stubborn and like to play rough games like boys. I climbed trees and anything boys usually do against my mum’s warning. One day, no adult was home and I climbed a pole. You know those poles you can stand on verandah/balcony, bend and fold arms on and gist with your friend (olden days house style). So we climbed on it and were doing this challenge of one foot after the other, to get to the other side of the pole. I joined the boys, and I had gotten to the middle before I missed a step, maybe out of fear or lack of concentration. I came crashing down like a pack of cards and ended on my vagina. I was in so much pain, I didn’t even know anything like virginity then, I thought I had bruised my lap or leg and my mum would kill me if she comes back, cos she always warned that I should have spotless legs so I can be a model. My sister helped me inside as I was limping, on getting inside, I pulled my shorts.... all I saw was blood. We were scared but my sister (2 yrs older) ran to bring tissue, and we started cleaning ooo... she applied pressure and the blood kind of stopped coming. We were relieved that mummy won’t kill us today, and she threw the pant away over the fence. Till today, that secret is between us, we never told mum. As at that age, I had started takin my bath myself, so mumc never knew.... plus I had to be strong and not limp or show weakness or anything so mumc won’t suspect. It was when I got into secondary school, and started understanding these things I realized that was my virgin blood I lost that day. I didn’t bother telling my first love cos I knew men enough as at that time to know he won’t believe. Long post.... hmm, took me down memory lane

  4. Nevertheless,it is very difficult for many men to believe that the hymen was broken by just exercising, lol! Not with the stories we hear/read everyday by ladies...

  5. I can't even remember what disvirgined me, was it series of HVS test? The last time I went to hospital, the doctor check and confirmed that am still a virgin with broken hymen...so help me God!

  6. Very possible .Any exercises that involve the particular use of the pelvic region is likely to result in loss of virginity for some girls with very thin hymen,While others with thick hymen can do such strenuous exercises and get away with it, those with thin hymen can't. Exercises like Long jump, high jump, cycling, splitting et al .

  13. Pls, don't allow your daughters do excessive cycling. If it's her sport, she can very well kiss virginity goodbye.
