Man Kills Female Neighbour Who Repeatedly Asked Him “When Are You Getting Married”

A man has allegedly killed his pregnant neighbour after he was offended by her repeated inquiry about his being single...

The shocking incident took place in Kampung Pasir Jonge, Indonesia in January and the victim was identified as 32-year-old Aisyah.

According to reports, while visiting Faiz Nurdin that day at his house, Aisyah had asked him get married as soon as possible as others were already married, a police spokesperson quoted the perpetrator as saying.

The spokesperson said Faiz also felt offended when she asked him, “Why aren’t you getting married yet?”

Later in the day, according to reports, an insulted Faiz went to Aisyah’s home and strangled her to death with his bare hands in her bedroom. She had bitten his fingers while trying to defend herself, police said.

After murdering her, Faiz fled to Jakarta’s Kalideres after stealing her smartphone and money amounting to RM230 [around $59].

However, authorities caught him during a raid, in the process of which he was shot in the leg. Police also seized a motorcycle along with Faiz’s other belongings.

Media reports said the man would face life imprisonment if proven guilty

  7. Rest in peace to the woman. If the man is base in Nigeria, he will go about killing every body. His parents first, his neigbours, siblings, colleague, friends etc. Bc in Nigeria, is a norm to ask chronic bachelor's when they will marry. They won't mind their business. They will even use it as a prayer point in prayer meetings .

  8. He took it to the extreme, his wicked to have taken two lifes that he can't create.
People should also learn how to mind their business, going around asking sensitive questions in an annoying manner. When ever people ask you when you will marry, ask them when they will die, both questions weigh same on a sensitive scale.

  11. If this story doesn't teach us to mind our own business I don't know what will. Whether he is 20 or 200yrs old what business is it of hers why he is not married, she was just a neighbour not even a relative. See poke nose over and over leading to her death. Not saying what he did was right, but since we have no clue what is going on inside of anyone it is best to deal with people in an hands off fashion especially when they are not a significant part of your life. Too bad this had to happen, but let it be a reminder to mind our own business.

  16. Not minding one's business have caused alot of riff among people. Alot of people are depressed and asking them the same questions repeatedly will sound as if you're mocking them. You might be genuinely concerned but the angry could not take it again.

lesson: mind your corner and sort your own problem. Do not interfere especially when your opinion is not needed.
Maybe he will get married in jail
