  6. 'Ekuru' and stew which has dry fish and pomo.
Ekuru is derived from blended beans, a Yoruba food though I don't know where it originated from.
Wash your beans and soak for some time then blend to a smooth paste.Do not add anything as you for moi moi, just wrap and cook plain.
For the stew, scotch bonnet pepper(atarodo) and long pepper (tatashe) with onions blend but make sure its not smooth.
Fry in red oil but don't bleach your red oil, pour your pepper with your condiment, add locust beans(iru, optional) add your dry fish and pomo.
    Your Ekuru is ready.

  8. I saw a video on facebook yesterday on how to make pounded yam using yam without pounding.

Cut yout yam into little pieces and put in a blender. Add little water and blend till it's smooth. Pour paste in a bowl, cover and microwave then stir till it's together in pounded yam form. You can also put pour paste in a pot and stir on fire.

    I will try it.
