Ex-Gov. Shekarau And Others Arraigned And Granted Bail Over N950m Campaign Fraud

A Federal High Court sitting in Kano has granted bail to the former Kano State Governor, Malam Ibrahim Shekarau, Ambassador Aminu Wali and Engineer Mansur Ahmed on the sum of N100million each.





The trio were arraigned by Justice Zainab B. Abubakar by the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) for six-count charge bordering on money laundering to the tune of N950million.

Justice Zainab also adjourned the case till June 26, 2018 for continuation.
