This Bu...Unionization is a fundamental human right. This Buhari's government is a tyrannical one,, why threaten to sack people. Workers strike all over the world, resident doctors did a warning strike in UK last year and a full fledged one this year. Rail workers embarked on a strike in UK on Monday. Do you see their government threatening to sack them? No in fact the government and Union reach a compromise in less than 24 hours. I know sometimes when the power of the union goes unchecked they can cause serious disruptions. Check this government's record, they increased fuel prices and things skyrocketed without a commensurate increase in salaries or at least something to lessen the hardship. Instead, the Buhari government bribed a section of the union and caused disunity among them so they boldly threatened others with the sack effectively crippling the union. ASUU embarked on strike but it's unresolve almost a month later. Resident doctors are on strike and all you can do is threaten them? Where is the room for compromise and negotiation when all the government wants to do is to dictate. Fighting corruption my foot. Mscheew.
