Blessing Okagbare Wins Gold In Women’s 200m




Delta no dry carry last ooooh!!!


 25 year old Blessing Okagbare who won gold a few days back in the women’s 100m race at the 2014 Commonwealth Games in Glasgow, Scotland, has made Nigeria proud again.
Blessing won gold a few minutes ago in the women’s 200m final race in 22.25 seconds.

Congratulations to Blessing,Deltans and Nigerians in general!

Ese Brume from Nigeria won gold in the women's long jump at the Glasgow Commonwealth Games on Thursday with 6.56m.

    On the smelling mouth post. My husband when we first got together. Told me to get an electric toothbrush. Bought me only imported toothpaste and encouraged me to brush my tongue and upper part of my mouth. Fellow BV I didn't know I had to also brush the upper part of my mouth. My mouth still smells when I wake up but first thing first I brush. I change my brush head quite often but I now have clean breath all day and I brush at night. PS I use mouth wash as well. He gently encouraged me.
