      My mom told me to swap between my regular bras and nursing bras...I actually didn't even get to open my nursing bras.. I wore my normal bra that held my boobs well.. i desperately wore it at night too till I stopped breastfeeding *covers face* Am a hustler like that..

      Some people have argued though that it is not my techniques that worked for me,says it genetic!

      Keep your bra on for as long as you can. Works like magic. Not sure which type of nursing bras you use, if you use those that look like bra tops change it to the clip like types that look like normal bras but can be unfastened in front when it's time to feed the baby. They will help until you decide to switch to normal bras.
