I am not going to Mince words but please take it easy with Rice and Eba in the Mornings oooh...Eat healthy as a BV that you IS....

How can someone wake up in the Morning and eat rice, plantain,Beans, fish, assorted inside of cow and wash the food down with cold Coke or Beer?

Now this brings me to ask..In a situation when things are hard as now, what is the cheapest thing to eat in the Mornings that isnt too unhealthy?

Can anyone suggest Local foods that can pass as breakfast whilst i try to munch something for breakfast?

Yam and 'hegg' too. Having spinach in eggs is a good way you have your greens.
      Moin moin / Akara/ bean-porridge and pap.
Porridge yam/ porridge plantain and bushmeat for breakfast is my grandmas favorite.
      That's about it oh....

    6. @ chikito try boiling unripe plantain and spinach IN fried eggs......bloop bloop bloop!!! and you said you were brought up by teachers.

    7. *IN* because you slice the spinach and pour it into the broken eggs beat it and fry it. So it's IN.

That said, it's good to know you people follow my comments. Since last week sunday I actually put up a half-shot picture of myself wearing what I bragged I wore to church, the 'liar' comments have reduced. Now you want to start picking on my English. You must be frustrated he/she goat. Following me as if I'm the reason you come to this blog. Well, I am glad to be a reason you read SDK. But guess what? I'm not a course you study and get certification for. So there will be no certification to help your jobless frustrated beggy-beggy life.
P.S: Won't be surprised if this is Camden town jelly 'butt' carer woman. Keep it coming. Haven't had some drama in a while.

Puree his meat, veggies and fruits, did u do exclusive, if yes, babies are scared to try new things. I breastfed exclusively so getiing my son to eat was a huge task but never relented in trying healthy stuff till he got used to them. Hes not fat at 16months but hes healthy. Remember not to give ur baby the whole milk yet till hes one. Try giving him yogurt too.
