Craig David Talks About His Incredible Body Transformation From Being Overweight To 6 Packs...

British singer and songwriter, Craig David has admitted taking his body transformation too far from being an ‘overweight kid’ to having a six pack.

The 36-year-old singer in a TV interview with Australian breakfast program Sunrise, said he took his fitness session too far and “trained like crazy” for his ripped body to cover up for being an overweight kid.

He revealed: “There was a time when he was like, just training like crazy, but then realised that actually, having been an overweight kid, he just wanted to do the opposite but then finding balance was key.

“I was a fat kid growing up, who lost the weight, got himself together and now it’s about consistency.”

“Because you can take it almost too far sometimes, and then you have to ask the questions of, “who are you trying to get a six pack for?”

‘Because now, I just want to be healthy, I like to keep myself in condition cause I want to go on stage and give a 110 percent and that’s my reasons for it as opposed to, “let me get a summer sick pack because I need to impress.”

Craig David’s incredible new look has prompted several of his fans so to question if he’s actually the original Craig David they knew before.

  1. They always forget to add the many hormones drugs and injections they took to have that body or the many surgeries they underwent.

    2. No, it's not really all of them. This body Craig David is not out of place to be gotten through exercising and dieting.

By the way, I know what it feels like to be obsessed with work-out. If you don't Work out, you start to feel your cheeks are heavy, your back is aching and every spoon of food looks "fat" to you.

I got to a point when I lost weight two years ago that my mom seized my sport wear and sneakers.

    3. @bipolar 😂😂😂 no she didn't!! For real? I think the key to balance is eating right and burning the right amount of calories. Then taking breaks inbetween.

Got my protein powders yesterday. Going in for that brazilian bum and washboard and full force before December 2017 😁

  10. I am a workout freak so I know how it. Feels when you don't work out for a few days@bipolar me you are correct. When I don't work out for a few days I start feeling like my cheeks are getting big and I'm getting bloated it's when I check my pix I realize that it's just my head playing trick with me cos I'm still trim #i'm female

  11. We are all better off working out. Taking a break should only be because you fell Ill, are on medication, recuperating from an injury or on doctor's instructions.

It is quite ignorant to think weight loss as the major reason to exercise.
I often hear people say, "do you want to disappear"? And I'm amazed. I work out each day after work just to destress. Weight loss is just one of the many benefits.
