Janet Jackson Was Allegedly 'Verbally Abused' And Felt Like a A Prisoner In Her Home

Janet Jackson‘s older brother Steven Randall “Randy” Jackson claims that his sister suffered “verbal abuse” and felt like “a prisoner in her own home” during her marriage to London-based Qatari businessman Wissam Al Mana.

The former Jackson 5 star, 55, says, “Enough is enough” as he opens up for the first time about what he says is a troubling situation for the superstar singer.

“There’s a lot of pain. Janet’s been through a lot with her divorce. I’ve been through a lot, we all have,” says Randy, referring to Janet’s ongoing divorce and custody battle with Al Mana, 42.

“It was quite an abusive situation,” Randy claims. “It came on later in the relationship, verbal abuse and being [made to feel like] a prisoner in her own home. No pregnant woman needs to go through being called a bitch everyday. There were things like that. That’s what she went through.”

I told her, ‘You’ve got to move in with me or I’m going to go over there and there’s going to be hell.’ She was really pissed off. I told her, ‘I don’t care anymore. I’m tired of it. It’s too much,’ ” he says.

The businessman’s attorneys issued a statement saying he will not be responding to the “particular and deeply hurtful allegations”.

    1. Yep, Arab men are known to be chavinistic and see women as objects.

I can remember when I travelled to Dubai for 2nd honey moon I saw an Arab with 4wives. The Arab man was dressed in white walking like a king in front while the wives were like servants at the back following him. They were all dressed up in black and totally covered up. At that moment my hubby whispered some sweet words in my ear, I reached up to give him a peck.I noticed one of the wives had this lost and longing look while stealing glances at us. All I felt for her was pity. Only God knows when last she was "touched". Oh well, their life

    1. When foreigners marry Arabs, (Arab women take a lot of shit from their men, foreigners seek for divorce ) the end result is bad.

I can remember a British woman who married an Arab prince. Hmm what she went through is better left imagined. They even took her son from her. The last I heard of her was that she was trying to get her son back.

I don't know if religion is the reason they treat women shabbily but when you marry different women, you tend not to appreciate them because they are all seeking for the man's attention and the man who his feeling fly is barely meeting up all their needs (Emotionally, sexual, financially....)

  9. Woo Woo!

Seems like it but then again one can argue that the lyrics don't necessarily mean she was abused.

One can read stories and break down. Sing songs and break down. And sometimes the lyrics aren't anything other that what they are. Just lyrics.
