Meek Mill’s Lawyer Challenges Solitary Confinement Says The Rapper May Go Crazy

American Rapper Meek Mill’s lawyer has revealed that the rapper is in solitary confinement, 23 hours a day, 7 days a week, and he fears that the terse condition would affect the rapper’s psyche...and he desperately wants to be among the general prison pop.

According to TMZ, Meek's attorneys just filed legal docs saying he's a victim of his celebrity. The lawyers say prison officials are worried about Meek interacting with other inmates, so they put him in solitary because it's the only way they can protect him.

Meek's legal team wants the judge to buy into the current thinking ... that solitary insidiously destroys the psyche. They also say it's severely inhibiting Meek's creativity. He's writing and exercising a lot, but it's taking its toll.

But there are a few rays of hope as Meek will hit the prison commissary for the first time Friday for jailhouse snacks and toiletries, and he'll get his first visitor sometime next week.

  1. The judge is too hash on Meek, he made a mistake when he was 19 years. 12 years is too long for someone to be on probation. The judg is doing all these because of “On Bended Knee” remix. She need to allow another person take over this case because people has started questioning her credibility as a judge. 61 years old judge that is still obsessed with Hip-Pop.

    1. At Sally REALLY??? If he had followed his probation terms perhaps he wouldn't be in this situation. He didn't appreciate his freedom then and hope he has learnt his lesson within the short time they put his ass where it belongs. This guy has been given many chances and he keep violating his probation like HE IS ABOVE THE LAW, Every country is not going to be Nigeria where there is no LAW most especially with certain people, sorry Sally, America doesn't roll like that. There is a rule of law and no one not even their President is above that law, This will also be a wake up call for other thugs like him. It Is called a precedent

  2. This is wickedness.
    Ahn ahnnnnnnnn.

  3. The rapper may go crazy??

He should use that time and reflect on his life and the poor choices he made.

If he is released to gen-pop, there is no telling what might be done to him there.

  4. Na wa. He should use the time to write more music.

  5. Maybe after this, he will respect the law.
