  2. Good one. If all these billionaire pastors will share 1 million each to their members, I believe poverty will be eliminated. But no they will rather spend it on private jets and expensive cars.

  3. Some "pastors" don't even read their bibles, what part of " your heavenly father that sees your giving in secret will reward you openly" don't they understand. Everything is showoff/competition.

    1. Oh well, what do you expect in a world where charlatans and agents of darkness run the show? A lot of people are clueless about the Christian faith.

Humanism is an effective method introduced by Satan to deceive a lot of people, especially in places where poverty reigns unabated.

  7. It's good to be generous and to appreciate co-workers, but is it biblical to make a public show of it?

Reed below what the Bible says:

    Matthew 6:1-4:

“Take heed that you do not do your charitable deeds before men, to be seen by them. Otherwise you have no reward from your Father in heaven.

Therefore, when you do a charitable deed, do not sound a trumpet before you as the hypocrites do in the synagogues and in the streets, that they may have glory from men. Assuredly, I say to you, they have their reward.

But when you do a charitable deed, do not let your left hand know what your right hand is doing,

that your charitable deed may be in secret; and your Father who sees in secret will Himself reward you [a]openly."

  8. This is a nice initiative! Its now left for the recipient to put the money received into good use.

Why will a pastor have millions of naira or dollars while his church members are living from hand to mouth.

  9. A good gesture if no ulterior motive. Bit of a show off though!
