Same old,same old or something new?







Same Old for me!!!

  1. I want to learn that black soup, owo and corn soup. I heard the black soup is yummy, but this native oil, native salt, native crayfish and Urema is what I don't know... I guess they have English names... Don't know if I will get it here in the East.

    I want to eat okpa to ease the hunger, then will prepare white yam, unripe plantain and egg sauce.

    1. Never heard of native oil, crayfish and salt.
      For the urema, I haven’t gotten someone to ask. Wish I could show you what the seeds looks like.

  3. No breakfast yet for me. Its gonna be fresh yogurt and avocado later.

    Its hot season, light food are recommended and better. A slice of salmon fish and steamed amanranth greens with boiled baby potatoes.

    3. Wanke is brown rice....like beans and rice cooked together. Dokunu is eaten with that raw pepper.

  15. Presently I'm eating bread and tea. My designer beans is still cooking, I'm using fresh palm oil and smoked Titus fish, the aroma alone will wake my neighbours up😁😁
    Still debating whether I should add vegetable or not.

  20. My tummy is doing gbugbugburu this morning. Dunno what i ate. Only had sweet builders tea this morning.

    Got barbecue chicken drumsticks and oven chips cooking in the oven for an early lunch.

    Done loads of housework already. Thank God my girls are getting to the age that they can help. My daughter insisted on hoovering her room herself😁. Happy mama
